Return / Cancellation / Refund Policy

Any and all gear that contains a piece of load bearing hardware or a safety device cannot be returned for any reason. All safety items receive a 100% inspection prior to shipment. This includes Retention lanyards, Riggers Belts, etc.

If you are unsatisfied you may return your purchase from 215 Gear for exchange or refund within 21 days of purchase as long as the item and package is in new condition. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges for an exchange. Submit an e-mail for return authorization to info@215gear.com. Once an authorization is issued send the item to the address on the invoice and include a note explaining what you would like done (refund or exchange). Books, Videos, CD-Rom's, and DVD's are not returnable unless defective. You must notify us within 21 days of receipt. We will credit your credit card / PayPal account within 7 days of receipt of your return.
- Order cancellations are possible but not guaranteed. If you request a cancellation and internally it is too late, please return the shipment and we will credit your card when the items is returned to us.
- Shipping charges are not refundable. Items returned with damaged packaging may be charged a repackaging/ restocking fee.
