RETURN / CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
- If you are unsatisfied you may return anything you purchase from 215Gear.com for exchange or refund within 15 days of purchase as long as they are in new condition. We will credit your credit card 15 days of the time we receive your return. Making a return is simple. Just return the item to the address on the packing slip and make a note on the packing slip explaining what you would like done (refund or exchange). Books, Videos, CD-Rom's, and DVD's are not returnable unless defective. You must notify us within 15 days of receipt.
- Order cancellations are possible but not guaranteed. If you request a cancellation and internally it is too late, please return the shipment and we will credit your card when the items is returned to us.
- Orders shipped to all 50 US states, APO, American Somoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands will all be charged standard US shipping charges.
