Shipping Method and Policies

For Domestic orders we ship by USPS (Priority Mail or Express Mail) or UPS.

All International orders will be shipped by USPS (Priority Mail International or Express Mail International) or UPS. Once they enter into International customs we can not be responsible.

For the flat rate USPS mailing option please be sure that your item will fit in the package (a flat rate envelope can only hold small/ flat items)

Orders will be shipped with tracking/delivery confirmation when possible.

We will ship all orders complete. If all or part of your order is on backorder we will send you an e-mail notification with the estimated date your order will ship. If you need part of the order shipped sooner than the remaining order will process, you will be responsible for any additional delivery charges.

If an incomplete or incorrect address is provided and a package is returned, you will be responsible for shipping charges. If you want the item resent, you will need to pay additional shipping chanrges.

Once a package shows that it was delivered it is the property of the customer.

For all packages sent to Military (APO/ FPO/ AE) addresses once they enter the military system they are no longer traceable and not the responsibility of 215 Gear. When entering shipping information for APO/ FPO customers; your city is APO or FPO, your state is AA, AE, or AP. Your country is USA, not the country you are deployed in.
